- Step 4: Print the e-visa to board the plane and get the entry stamp at the arrival airport, land ports or seaports in Vietnam.
When applying for e-visa for Vietnam, please note that:
– The e-visa has 90 days validity maximum with single or multiple entries;
– Payments for e-visa applications are non-refundable;
– The applicants should check the information on e-visa against the passport carefully to make sure there is no mistake;
– It normally takes 3-5 working days to complete an e-visa, but sometimes it may take longer if your visa application needs further verification by the Vietnam Immigration Department.
2. Apply for Vietnam visa at the Vietnam Embassy in Ukraine
The process of Vietnam visa application at the Vietnam Embassy in Ukraine should be:
- Step 1: Complete the visa application form provided by the Vietnam Embassy or Consulates;
- Step 2: Submit the application form, original passport, 01 passport-sized photo, visa fee at the embassy. You can submit the documents in person or send by post;
- Step 3: Receiving your visa at the Vietnam Embassy or by post after 5 – 7 working days;

When applying for Vietnam visa on arrival, there is no extra documents or original passport required. The Ukrainian travellers just need to fill out the online application form, make payment online and receive a letter of approval issued by the Vietnam Immigration Department at given time.
