I have a booking via the government portal which I have already paid for on this website https://evisa.xuatnhapcanh.gov.vn/home
However, I am worried that it won’t be processed in time and wondering if you can assist at all or knew what the situation would be. I have applied on the evening of 19/2/17 and need to enter Vietnam on 21/2/17.

I am sorry that we couldn’t push up the government process when the customers applied for an e-visa via government system. Normally, you will get the answer from the Vietnam Immigration Department if your visa is approved or not after 3 working days. As I see, you applied for an e-visa on Sunday 19/2/2017 which would be taken into processing on Monday 20/2/2017 and ready by Wednesday 22/2/2017. I am afraid that it would not be processed in time for your departure. Now you may select to apply for urgent Vietnam visa on arrival that you can get the visa approval letter within 8 hours or 4 hours, ready for getting on the plane by tomorrow. Fast processing is the strong advantage of visa on arrival that will save your trip in such situations.
