Hello,
I am a citizen of the Republic of Cyprus, and will be on a cruise ship calling at Ho Chi Minh (Phu My) and Nha Trang. I have just checked and learned that I need a visa to enter Vietnam, but that since there is no Vietnamese consular service in Cyprus I need to apply online, however the online visa is only for airport entry. Is there any way you may help? Can you offer any advice?

Regarding to your Vietnam entry visa on a cruise ship we would like to respond as follows:
Visa on arrival is available for air entry only and it is the only visa processing mode which can be processed online.
For the entry via border gate on land or harbor, the travelers are required to apply for a visa at the nearest Vietnam Embassy.
You may choose to apply for a visa in Turkey:
