Can I have 1 year business visa extended when it is expired?
Physically, you can.
However, the visa extension fee is rather expensive and the processing time takes 5-7 working days (even longer) to complete. You have to send off your passport to the Vietnam Immigration Department for visa extension and you could not get it back (or cancel) while the visa extension is in progress. You can have your business visa extended for 1 – 2 times but this can be changed anytime without prior notice.
